Adam-Bryce, a Raleigh-based executive search firm focusing on the technology sector, announces a new partner to expand C-level recruitment services and expertise.
Nadine Rubin, Manager Partner, said the addition of Mary Ott Price as a new partner, expands the firm's services with C-level technology experience recruiting chief information, technology, security officers and their leadership teams. The expansion establishes the first comprehensive executive level technology recruitment practice based in North Carolina.
Price launched her executive search career in New York at Russell Reynolds Associates, a global executive search and leadership advisory firm. Price was the co-leader of the information technology officers practice and recruited across all verticals including financial services, retail, healthcare, industrial and e-commerce. She also created and led the firm's financial technology practice.
Prior to her executive search firm roles, Price spent more than 20 years as a technology executive at IBM. She led a spin-off of a home networking technology company from IBM with investments from IBM, Cisco and Motorola. She also served as CEO of several early stage technology companies, with experience across a range of technologies including networking, cloud services, IOT, security, big data and enterprise software.
Rubin began her recruiting career specializing in telecommunications, mobile, application development, and infrastructure over 30 years ago. She founded Adam-Bryce as an executive search firm with a focus on management consulting and advisory in emerging technologies, including cloud, digital, machine learning, data science, AI, IOT, and Big Data analytics. She and her team have developed deep expertise in providing the market with executive leaders who develop and deliver these important offerings.
"Mary brings more than 10 years of executive search experience, and we decided to merge our businesses to build a comprehensive technology-focused practice in the Triangle," Rubin said. "As the only Raleigh-based executive search firm focused on C-level executive recruitment, this is a great time to launch this comprehensive technology practice for C-level executives and their teams. North Carolina has a vibrant ecosystem of technology and financial services companies."
Price said the Research Triangle Park region has a tremendous talent pool and world-class research universities, and Charlotte has established itself as a national financial services hub. "Our firm's focus is national and many clients are global companies, but North Carolina's growing technology and financial services sectors are a strong foundation and catalyst for growth," Price said.
