On occasion of the organisation’s EMEA meeting and to celebrate the 30th anniversary of AIMS Hellas, seventy Partners of every single AIMS office in the EMEA region gathered in Athens for three days to discuss topics relating to further expansion of AIMS International in the Region, integration of new Talent Management services, sub regional and sectorial coordination, amongst others.
The event culminated with the client evening organized to celebrate the 30th anniversary of AIMS Hellas: enjoying a magnificent view of the Acropolis under superb weather conditions, fifty senior executives of large corporations, most of them with regional responsibilities within EMEA, joined the AIMS International team on the roof garden of Royal Olympic Hotel in Athens for a conference, followed by a dinner event.
After a short welcome by Mr. Evangelos Marneris, Managing Director of AIMS International Hellas, Mr. Pierangelo Favero, President of AIMS International, presented to the guests our new corporate identity as well as our new strategic positioning as Global Leadership Advisors, which integrates Talent Acquisition and Talent Management services under the new claim “WE FIND&GROW YOUR LEADERS”. He was followed by our Executive Vice President EMEA and Managing Partner Switzerland, Mr. Grégoire Depeursinge, who explained how we are moving beyond Executive Search by helping clients design and populate their organizational model.
The event’s keynote speaker was Mr. Stavros Benos, Chairman of Diazoma, who presented his association, a group of enthusiastic and dynamic people developing a holistic cultural and touristic offering that leverages technology platforms and unites private, public and local stakeholders under a single scope. Diazoma is a real example of how we can leverage our culture in order to create sustainable growth through innovative entrepreneurship and inspire young people.
Last but not least, Ms Lefki Avdi, Senior Consultant with AIMS International Hellas, talked about authenticity in real life and in corporate organizations where the concept of authenticity becomes a central focus of responsible behavior for leaders.
