Ms. Koeck’s experience spans over 15 years of management, sales & business development, business model and product management in the Hotel and Tourism industries, as well as Banking, Insurance and HR sectors. From 2003 and up until joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Koeck played leading roles at an international recruiting solutions firm where, at various stages, she headed product development, training and management of the internal staff, defining the recruiting standards and procedures, as well as key account management, pricing and external communication.
