Stanton Chase, a global retained executive search firm with more than 70 offices in 45 countries, announced the opening of its office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The announcement was made by Daniel Casteel, Regional Vice President/North America, and Managing Director of the Stanton Chase office in Nashville.

Dan Hobbs, a seasoned executive search professional and former Stanton Chase Principal, is the Managing Director of the Philadelphia office located at Two Logan Square 100 N. 18th Street, Suite 300.

“Dan has built trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders across all Industrial and Consumer Products segments and we are excited to have him rejoin the firm as the Managing Director in our new Philadelphia office,” said Casteel. “The establishment of the office and its team enables us to further service our regional and global clients. As the Managing Director of the new office, Hobbs brings over two decades of experience in executive search and leadership assessment projects for a broad range of privately and publicly held companies. He has successfully led more than 350 retained search assignments at the senior management and board levels for Industrial and Consumer Products companies based in North America, Asia, Europe, and Latin America.

Prior to his executive search career, Hobbs served as a director of human resources for a leading consumer products manufacturer where he drove the internal management assessment and restructuring of the division’s leadership team.

Previously, he led corporate training and development programs in the areas of lean manufacturing, management assessment and organizational development for a global consumer packaging company. Hobbs earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
