Kensington International is pleased to announce that we have elected two senior employees to the level of equity partner, Nancy Ortega and Tim Bealert.
Nancy has led Kensington’s Leadership Development and Career Transition practice areas for the last five years – serving both Private Equity and Kensington International’s Mid and Large Cap clients. In her role, Nancy partners with clients to design Talent Assessment, Leadership Development and Career Transition solutions. Additionally, she coaches leaders and delivers solutions directly. Prior to Kensington, Nancy spent 20+ years in organizational development, leadership development and HR Business Partner roles in corporate and professional services organizations. Nancy holds a Master of Science, Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Science, Psychology and Communications from Northern Illinois University.
Tim joined Kensington’s Search business in 2008 as a Co-Founder of The Laramie Group, now a division within Kensington. Tim’s primary focus is leading C-Suite and senior executive level searches for lower mid and middle market Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies. Prior to joining Kensington, he worked at DHR International, a top five global executive search firm. Tim graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Loyola University – Chicago.
