StevenDouglas continues to expand across the U.S., including adding to their Orlando office, Colt Costa, the newest member to the Finance & Accounting Search Division. As the Orlando market continues to be one of the leaders in job creation and employment growth in the U.S., StevenDouglas is increasing its staff to meet the demand.

Colt comes to StevenDouglas with a unique background in commercial banking, where he was a member of the Finance team at one of the top, multi-national banks in Charlotte, NC. A rising star, Colt progressed quickly within the organization, where he gained exposure and experience in various aspects of commercial banking, including treasury management, business development and financial analysis.

"As we field more and more demand for exceptional talent in the Orlando market, it's a priority for StevenDouglas to meet that need by bringing on well-regarded professionals with great relationships in the market. Colt is an excellent addition to the team, offering our clients an increased level of service in the mid-level Accounting and Finance search sector," said Vivian Gonzalez-Padilla, Managing Director of Central Florida Search Division for StevenDouglas.

A major achievement for Colt in his previous role was the development of an onboarding and hiring process for analysts that improved and streamlined the previous system. By leveraging his experience in Finance and Banking, Colt has the exceptional ability to personally relate to candidates, and identify highly-coveted skills. His hands-on background in the finance industry gives him a comprehensive understanding of client needs and role requirements.

Colt was born and raised in Central Florida, and is very active within his community, participating in many events as a Chamber member, and working to support the Harvest Food Bank. He is on the executive committee for the Young Professionals of Winter Park, as well as a graduate of the Leadership Winter Park program. Colt earned his Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida.
