ZRG Partners, a fast growing global leader in executive search and talent management has added Jill Schofield as Managing Director and Head of ZRG’s Global Mining Practice where she has had a long track record of success. Jill will manage the firm’s Western Canada operations from the Calgary, Alberta office.

Jill is recognized as a top executive search professional in Canada, starting her search career in 2001. She comes to us from a mid-tier global search firm. Prior to her search career, Jill worked as a geologist and explorationist for such companies as Eldorado Nuclear, Denison Mines, Brinco Limited and Shell Canada Ltd., primarily in the exploration of uranium and base metals such as lead, zinc, copper and silver. In 1982, Jill joined Chevron as an explorationist where she spent nearly 15 years working in oil and gas. In 1996 she became a national manager for IBM and led the supply chain and delivery of outsourced serviced nationally. Her deep sector knowledge and broad rolodex make her one of the top search professionals in this area.
