Boyden, a premier global talent advisory and leadership solutions firm, today announced that Steve Nilsen, well-known for his expertise in global marketing and executive search, has joined the firm as a Partner in its Atlanta office.

Most recently, Nilsen was a partner with a national executive search firm, where he specialized in the placement of C-level executives in the consumer and healthcare sectors. Prior to his career in executive search, Nilsen served in a variety of management roles for The Coca-Cola Company in Bogotá, Oslo, London and Stockholm. He has also held general management and lead marketing roles with a number of other organizations over the course of two decades, including Bloomin’ Brands and AFC Inc. (Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen).

Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in English literature from UCLA and a master’s degree in international management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He is fluent in Scandinavian languages, English and Spanish, and proficient in Italian, Portuguese and German.
