Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) has ranked Lisa Maxwell, Gerard Stewart Founder and Managing Partner, as one of the 100 most influential people in the North American staffing industry. This year marks the fourth time Maxwell has earned the Top 100 distinction. The annual list profiles the movers and shakers who have made the biggest impact to the staffing industry.
Maxwell specializes in placing CEOs, other C-level executives, Presidents, SVPs and board members in the human capital industry throughout the U.S., Europe and Asia. She has placed several winners from the 2017 Top 100 list. Gerard Stewart achieved 62 percent revenue growth in 2016 as the team’s global work expanded to Asia Pacific.
“I’m honored to once again be recognized by SIA on this prestigious list,” said Maxwell. “The talent ecosystem is changing rapidly, and the leadership in the human capital management space is no different. I’m excited to be a part of it. The infusion of talent from other verticals is powering innovation and opening up opportunities for even greater success. You see this evolution reflected in the SIA Top 100.”
The editorial team at SIA reviews the nominations and determines who makes the list, which typically includes but is not limited to: entrepreneurs who have created new and lasting models, CEOs who run large staffing companies both public and private, individuals who have had a major impact or influence through M&A, or by leading the charge through legislative change.
