The announcement follows the recent launch of Kingsley Gate Partners' global financial service practice and opening of two offices in New York and San Francisco.

Blane brings nearly two decades of experience in retained executive search, marketing and business development to Kingsley Gate Partners. He has conducted numerous team lift-outs for the buy-side of the asset management sector, and he regularly counsels CEOs across the globe about their corporate growth strategies. Blane specializes in helping investment management firms expand their business by identifying and securing top talent that matches the strategic, cultural and unique market perspective his clients need to be successful.

Prior to his current role, Blane was a managing director in the financial services practice at Sheffield Haworth, Inc. Earlier in his career, he was a partner and managing director with Warren International, a leading executive search boutique specializing in team lift-outs and searches for the buy-side of the asset management industry. Blane earned his bachelor's degree from Princeton University.
