Heidrick & Struggles, a premier provider of executive search, leadership consulting and culture shaping worldwide, has appointed Alice Breeden as a Partner in its Leadership Consulting Practice.
Based in London, Breeden will focus on accelerating clients' performance by driving organisation, team and leadership effectiveness.
"Alice has more than 20 years' organisational development experience both regionally and globally," said Colin Price, Executive Vice President and Managing Partner of the Leadership Consulting Practice. "The strength and depth of her industry knowledge will bring considerable value to our clients."
Breeden was formerly director of people operations for Google EMEA and led much of Google's talent management centre of excellence worldwide. Prior to that, she worked for 12 years in McKinsey's London office, where, as a junior partner, she was one of the leaders of the Organisation Practice worldwide.

Alice received an MBA from London Business School and a bachelor's degree in English language & literature from the University of Durham.
