Diane comes to ZRG with more than 30 years of experience advancing the missions of nonprofits, universities, healthcare organizations, and corporations throughout the United States and beyond. Providing strategic counsel and insight, Diane partners closely with clients to identify and calibrate leaders who can transform their organizations. Diane has served hundreds of nonprofits by identifying leaders and senior staff in the areas of fundraising and development, foundation leadership, management and senior administration, marketing and communications, finance and operations, human resources, career services, academic programs and support and more. Diane is considered a national leader in nonprofit talent management, aligning human capital strategies with organizational vision.
