Ms. Sanusi is an HR and recruitment professional with over 15 years of human capital management, talent acquisition, assessment, retention, and development expertise in the Financial Services, Private Equity, Banking, and Aerospace industries across Africa, the UK, and the U.S. She started her career in the UK where she held several risk control, account management, and HR roles for local and regional brokerage, hospitality, and financial entities in London and Birmingham. She subsequently relocated to the U.S. and took on recruitment roles with Lockheed Martin and UBS Financial Services, being responsible for the full range of people management duties. Ms. Sanusi moved back to Lagos in 2009 to head the Recruitment & Operations department at a regional recruitment services provider where she oversaw the full recruiting process, business development efforts and implementing HR operations financial strategies. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, she served as a Partner and the Country Manager for Nigeria for the subsidiary of an international recruitment consultancy firm, providing global leadership on recruitment strategy and best practices, driving improvement and innovation across Africa.
