Theilmann joined the firm in June 2017, with more than 25 years of global experience across retail, hospitality, consumer goods, and venture capital. He had served as CHRO of J.C. Penney where he partnered with the CEO to accelerate growth through talent and a customer-centric focus. Upon being promoted to group executive vice president, he led store operations, supply chain management, property development, consumer insights, public relations, and human resources. Theilmann previously served in multiple human resources executive roles at Yum Brands across their domestic, corporate and international businesses.
