With two decades of significant experience leading global initiatives that have delivered long-term, sustained results, Tom has worked across a variety of industries—including consumer, industrial, financial services, life sciences and technology—helping organizations of all sizes develop and execute their growth strategies.

Tom joins Axiom Consulting Partners directly from his role as Sales Effectiveness Practice Leader at Korn Ferry Hay Group, and he also brings significant experience in strategic, HR-related initiatives from past roles at both PwC and Prudential Financial.
