For almost 20 years, Goldbeck has been helping companies fill mid to senior level positions mainly on a contingency recruitment basis, and have accepted clients on a retained executive search upon request.

Goldbeck plans to implement a unique fee structure where the largest portion of the retained search fee is “success-based”. This will be a huge benefit to clients putting more emphasis on results as opposed to process and reducing the risks associated with typical retained fee structures.
