ZRG Partners, recognized as the fastest growing global executive search firm, is pleased to announce that Lauren Lee White has joined ZRG as a Managing Director and a member of the firm’s Global Life Sciences Practice. She will work out of the firm’s corporate offices in New Jersey, located in close proximity to many of the top global pharma and life sciences companies in the region.
Lauren has a blend of working on the corporate side of executive talent acquisition as well as in retained executive search. Most recently, Lauren was the Global Head of Executive Talent Acquisition for Merck’s R&D division – Merck Research Laboratories. With over 15 years of senior executive search experience, Lauren brings an extensive track record of success in recruiting senior-level talent at both premier global executive search firms and Fortune 500 companies. She has broad experience recruiting for a wide range of functional areas, including C-Suite, Legal, R&D and other strategic leadership positions for diverse industries. A former corporate attorney, Lauren was a Partner at Korn Ferry International’s Global Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice based in New York where she specialized in recruiting senior-level executives for biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device companies at all stages of development.
Larry Hartmann, CEO of ZRG related, “Our Life Sciences Practice has expanded to real significance over the past few years with the addition of Helga Long and her team coupled with our established global practice leaders Adam El Din and David Fortier. Adding someone with the direct and recent experience on the corporate side will add an element of support, bringing tremendous value to our life science clients globally. Lauren will be a real asset in driving search work in the R&D area and across functions in life science companies around the world.”
Lauren Lee White stated, “As I looked at returning to the executive search side of the business in life sciences, my goal was to align with a firm that checked the boxes of needs that I had identified as gaps in my role on the corporate side. ZRG’s data-driven, tech enabled approach to search will bring tremendous value to the marketplace and address some of the old school gaps that exist in legacy executive search. The firm is the right size, as a unique super-boutique, to bring flexibility and results to clients in this specialized sector. I am looking forward to driving continued growth of this important sector for ZRG in the coming years and reuniting with some of my past colleagues at the firm.”
