Stanton Chase, a global retained executive search firm with more than 70 offices in 45 countries, recently named two consultants to major leadership positions in its Supply Chain, Logistics & Transportation Practice Group.
Gregory Nazaryan, Managing Director in the Dubai office, has been named Regional Practice Leader for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). He also serves as the Global Sector Leader for Freight Forwarding. Nazaryan succeeds Flemming Riber, who was promoted to Global Practice Leader for the Industrial Practice Group.
In a related move, Eduardo Rizo-Patron, Managing Director in the Lima office, has been named Latin American Regional Practice Leader.
The announcements were made by Juan D. Morales, Global Practice Leader for the Supply Chain, Logistics & Transportation Practice Group, and Managing Director of the Stanton Chase office in Miami.
Earlier this year, Ingo Schmittmann, partner in the Frankfurt office, was named Global Sector Leader for Railway & Trucking Carriers.
“We continue to be one of the global leaders in this sector,” said Morales. “Gregory and Eduardo are veterans of this industry and part of a distinguished team of search professionals who have placed many senior-level executives throughout the world. The key is identifying leaders who understand the importance of getting products to market quickly and efficiently.
“Today, the work requires an understanding of inter-modal transportation, technology, international currencies, risks of terrorism, and much more. With these appointments, Stanton Chase is well positioned to serve our clients in this sector.”
With offices in major cities throughout the world, the Stanton Chase team offers clients a global perspective while understanding local cultures and the challenges of moving products by sea, air, rail, and trucking.
The Supply Chain, Logistics & Transportation Practice Group has offices and sector leaders in Miami, Amsterdam, Athens, Atlanta, Copenhagen, Dubai, Hong Kong, Frankfurt, Los Angeles, Lima, and Toronto.
