Koya Leadership Partners continues to strengthen its team with the hiring of two new Principals, Nadine Coleman, and Christy Farrell. Nadine and Christy will match mission-driven clients with transformational leaders who are driving positive change.

About Nadine Coleman

Nadine specializes in evaluating and placing executive leadership at mission-driven organizations across the country.

Nadine brings over 20 years of national recruiting and executive search experience in both the non-profit and private sectors. She brings experience with the full search lifecycle, having successfully recruited non-profit Executives at City Year and Teach for America as well as Management Consultants at The Boston Consulting Group.

She has expertise working with non-profits, secondary and higher ed institutions and other professional organizations.

Prior to Koya, Nadine worked at Simmons University as an Assistant Director of Admissions.

Nadine has also worked as a National Recruiter for ChildrenFirst and as a Recruiting Consultant in Boston-based recruiting firms, as well as in a Residential Director role at The Dana Hall School.

Nadine holds a B.A. in Business from Northeastern University, Boston.

About Christy Farrell

Christy focuses on leading senior-level searches for a wide range of mission-driven organizations across the country.

Prior to Koya, Christy served as a Partner for 12 years at ThinkingAhead Executive Search focusing on serving clients and candidates in Healthcare Analytics and Quality. Her clients included AmeriHealth Caritas, Cedar Gate Technologies and Medalogix.

Christy lives in Nashville, TN. In her free time she enjoys hiking, kayaking and traveling with her family.

Christy received her BS in Elementary Education from Appalachian State University and worked as a teacher in Metro Nashville Public School System for 8 years.
